La cirug\u00eda pl\u00e1stica cosm\u00e9tica es una rama de la cirug\u00eda pl\u00e1stica que es electiva y pretende mejorar los atributos f\u00edsicos normales de un paciente, haci\u00e9ndolos parecer m\u00e1s est\u00e9ticamente agradables o mejor proporcionados para adaptarse al individuo.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n existe todo un segmento de la cirug\u00eda pl\u00e1stica est\u00e9tica que pretende reconstruir y realzar la forma humana con el uso de pr\u00f3tesis de silicona.
